Should just pay up his contract and tell him to do one. Let him spend his own money on getting fit and finding another club.

He's not even close to being the worst signing of the modern era.

Depending on what you mean by 'the modern era' I offer you Gary Breen, Titi Camara and the magnificent Don Hutchison, who played almost no games in his four years with us whilst being one of our highest paid players.

Even if you define the modern era as the last few years, Carroll is not even close to Feghouli, Callieri or Modibo Maiga.

And even if you define it as the current squad Andre Ayew, at £20M, is by a mile our worst value for money squad member today. Doris the Tea Lady would be a better bet out wide right, with the added benefit that she wouldn't waste two minutes before every game praying to Allah that the blessings of The Holy Prophet be bestowed upon her boots.

*lump

Although limp is actually more apt for Carroll.

It's no less than he deserves; which is fuck all.

The cunt has become a millionaire from being an injury prone cart-house. Surely he doesn't deserve a dream transfer to our rich neighbours too.

If that'd come off then it would truly be one of football's biggest piss takes. Although it would've got the limp of shit off our hands.

Couldn't make this shit up could you.

If he was a horse they'd have shot the cunt years ago.

Fuck Carroll, him being injured for the 200th time is no surprise.
The real blow is losing Lanzini for a month. But knowing our luck it'll be more like 6 weeks.

3 months apparently... so that takes him up to end of April.... should be OK to nod the winner in the FA Cup final...

Looks like a deal has been agreed with Roma for Dzeko. They are desperate, 45m for an almost 32 year old and a left back.

That 20m must have been burning a hole in Sulli’s back pocket, he surely needs a new fur hat by now.

Might as well give him the same surgery lieutenant dan had in Forest Gump

Re: Andy Carroll - Update he is now injured
I see its rumoured that Chelsea have switched there interest to Peter Crouch! FMOB almost a slap in the face for Carroll in some ways.

The y must be desperate for a big lump up front, its either a master plan from Conte or hes taking the piss before he leaves.....which is also rumoured to be on the cards!

Crouch BTW is about to turn 37, fair play to him to still be playing in the PL.

Give him the same surgery Frankenstein got.

Re: Andy Carroll - Update he is now injured
I never, ever, ever want to read "on his day he is unplayable" again.

Strictly speaking this is true:

He is at home watching the TV
He is doing yoga.
He is in bed
He is in hospital
He is doing physical therapy
He is holiday
He is shagging his Missus
He is out shopping
He is looking after the kids
He is getting his haircut
He is on the treatment table

He is unplayable because he is nowhere near a football pitch, a ball, the West ham football team.

If he had any brains he could have done a degree and a Phd by the time his contract is up. He had the time.

End of rant.

I read on the BBC he needs ankle surgery
I guess Chelsea have lost interest? Or are they starting charity work to help us and old mister Carroll out?

I think thats it from Carroll for us....Unless he still feels like he could be an impact sub in the England squad then hes going to need to get fit and play....
